Customer Escalation!

Hello,

I would like to inform you that I have taken the cable surf wifi connection on 2nd January 2018.
I have been promised that technician will be sent to my home to fix the connection in one weeks’ time.

Now it’s already been more than two weeks and no technician has turned up till now.
I have also been charged a service fee of 50 euro? Can you please explain why there is such an irresponsibility from your side?

If you cannot send me the technician as soon as possible please cancel my contract as soon as possible.
I wouldn’t definitely like to pay for something useless.

I am extremely disappointed because I have written email multiple times and also went to the cable surf office directly but got no help.
