In den Terms & Conditions steht zur Drosselung des 30 Tage Tarifs folgendes:

Purchases of the Skyroam hotspot with Monthly Subscriptions will receive unlimited service similarly, speed may be reduced after a certain amount of data is reached (500 MB/day in each 24-hour period or a total of 15GB/month in each 30-day period).
Heißt: 500 MB/Tag, bzw. insgesamt 15 GB/Monat, ab dann behält Skyroam es sich vor, zu drosseln.
