In Brazil (which is a 3rd world country) all state capitals already have 5G that exceeds 1,000/1,300Mbp/s and in the interior (very small cities) of Brazil the fixed internet (optical fiber) already reaches 1,000Mbp/ s for many years.

Germany is a rich and developed country, the poor internet seems to be something cultural and optional rather than a lack of capacity. I have already met several people in this country in the eight months that I have lived here who are enemies of the internet (some say that it will take away their privacy and invade their data and others that 5G causes cancer and is bad for their health) I have never seen anything like it.
